• Free return and new shipment (same model, same color).

NO EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER ITEM:

• No exchange possible to change model or reference.
• Standard return required : item in good condition, label intact.
• Return costs at your expense except for credit.
• After receipt, choice between refund (return costs deducted) or credit (return costs offered).
• You can then reorder.

REFUND :

• Return label sent by email.
• Return costs (€5.90) ​​deducted from the refund.
• Initial delivery offered retained.

• Return label sent by email.
• Credit for the full value of the returned item (return shipping included).
• Valid without limit.

• Nominal and non-transferable (cannot be transferred to another person).

PACKAGE NOT COLLECTED:

• If you do not collect your package, it will be automatically returned to us.

DELIVERY ADDRESS :

• Please check the delivery address (relay point) carefully when ordering.
• We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in your address.
• If the address is incorrect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
• If you notice an error before the order is processed, please send us an email quickly to contact@tykeida.com with the correct address or collection point chosen.
• Once the order has been processed and the tracking number link has been sent by email, we can no longer change the delivery address.

ITEMS NOT RETURNED FOR HYGIENE REASONS:

• Underwear, swimwear & socks
• Hair accessories (scrunchies, clips, caps, etc.)

RETURN TIME:

• 14 days after receipt.
• Unworn, unwashed, tagged item.
