What are the delivery times?
All orders placed before 3 p.m. are prepared and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 3 p.m. are shipped the next day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery time varies depending on your location: generally allow between 2 and 5 working days.
A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
We make every effort to reduce processing times as much as possible.
What is the return & refund policy?
EXCHANGE (size only):
- Free exchange in case of size error, subject to available stock.
- Free return and new shipment (same model, same color).
- If the size is no longer available, see refund or credit.
NO EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER ITEM:
- No exchange possible to change model or reference.
- Standard return required : item in good condition, label intact.
- Return costs at your expense except for credit.
- After receipt, choice between refund (return costs deducted) or credit (return costs offered).
- You can then reorder.
REFUND :
- Return label sent by email.
- Return costs (€5.90) deducted from the refund.
- Initial delivery offered retained.
