Some items in our store may be offered as pre-orders. This cancellation policy explains how to modify or cancel this type of purchase.

Pre-orders

When placing a pre-order, the item is not yet in stock and will be ordered from our supplier once a certain number of pre-orders have been confirmed.

• As long as the pre-order has not been submitted to our supplier, you may cancel it and receive a full refund.

• Once the pre-order has been placed with the supplier, cancellation is no longer possible. The order must then be received before a return, refund or store credit request can be made, in accordance with our return policy.

• If the supplier is ultimately unable to deliver the product, the pre-order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.

• After receipt, pre-order items are subject to the same conditions as all other products available in our store.
