Material: Gold-plated stainless steel

Care: Wash the stainless steel jewelry by rinsing it with clean water to remove soap or seawater residue, then dry it with a soft, clean cloth until the jewelry is no longer wet or damp. We do not recommend putting them in contact with cosmetic products (perfumes, creams) or household products (bleach, dish soap).

6.2 - Deliveries

The Products ordered by the Customer will currently be delivered to Metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Portugal and Germany.

TYKEIDA offers several delivery methods, allowing the Customer to receive their order according to their preference. Each delivery method has its own price. Delivery costs are not covered by TYKEIDA and will appear in the shopping cart at checkout.

For Metropolitan France:

For Colissimo home delivery, delivery time 48 working hours after dispatch:

from €6.90 calculated based on the weight of the order.

For Mondial Relay delivery to a collection point, delivery time is 48 working hours after dispatch:

Free delivery.

For Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Portugal and Germany:

For Colissimo delivery, delivery time 3 working days after dispatch:

from €9 calculated based on the weight of the order.

Delivery costs are free for delivery to a relay point with Mondial Relay in Metropolitan France, and for: Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Germany, delivery costs will be free from one hundred and twenty (120) € (Euros) of purchases, the discount will be automatically applied to the basket.

The delivery charges we apply cover all costs related to shipping : carrier, logistics as well as mandatory contributions.

The Customer can choose the delivery option that best suits him, according to his needs in terms of speed and method of receipt.

In the event of a holiday or annual closure, the website www.tykeida.com will remain active. However, a message will be clearly displayed on the website and on TYKEIDA's social media to advise of the date on which parcel shipments will resume processing.

Once the order is shipped, a confirmation email containing the tracking number is sent to the customer. Delivery times then depend on the carrier.

EXCHANGE (size only):

Free exchange in case of size error, subject to available stock.
Free return and new shipment (same model, same color).
If the size is no longer available, see refund or credit.

NO EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER ITEM:

No exchange possible to change model or reference.
Standard return required : item in good condition, label intact.
Return costs at your expense except for credit.
After receipt, choice between refund (return costs deducted) or credit (return costs offered).
You can then reorder.

REFUND :

Return label sent by email.
Return costs (€5.90) deducted from the refund.
Initial delivery offered retained.

TO HAVE :

Return label sent by email.
Credit for the full value of the returned item (return shipping included).
Valid without limit.
Non refundable.
Nominal and non-transferable (cannot be transferred to another person).

PACKAGE NOT COLLECTED:

If you do not collect your package, it will be automatically returned to us.
You will be refunded the amount of the items, less the return costs (€5.90).
No return or credit will be offered.
You will need to reorder if you wish to receive the items again.

DELIVERY ADDRESS :

Please check the delivery address (relay point) carefully when ordering.
We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in your address.
If the address is incorrect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you notice an error before the order is processed, please send us an email quickly to contact@tykeida.com with the correct address or collection point chosen.
Once the order has been processed and the tracking number link has been sent by email, we can no longer change the delivery address.

ITEMS NOT RETURNED FOR HYGIENE REASONS:

Jewelry (earrings, rings, piercings, etc.)
Underwear, swimwear & socks
Hair accessories (scrunchies, clips, caps, etc.)

RETURN TIME:

14 days after receipt.
Unworn, unwashed, tagged item.
