Delivery terms
In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions
6.2 - Deliveries
The Products ordered by the Customer will currently only be delivered to Metropolitan France .
TYKEIDA offers several delivery methods allowing the Customer to receive their order according to their preference. Each delivery method has its own price . Delivery costs are not covered by TYKEIDA and will appear in the cart at the time of payment.
For Colissimo home delivery with signature, delivery time 48 working hours after dispatch:
from €9.10 calculated based on the weight of the order.
For Colissimo delivery to a retail collection point or post office, delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours after dispatch:
from €5.90 calculated based on the weight of the order.
Delivery costs are free for purchases over one hundred (100) € (Euros), the discount will be automatically applied to the basket.
To ensure clear and accessible pricing, we apply the same delivery rate for Colissimo relais and Mondial Relay services.
Unlike other sites, we have chosen not to include shipping costs in the price of our Products. This approach allows for complete transparency and prevents our Customers from having to pay shipping costs multiple times when ordering multiple Products. This means you only pay for shipping once, regardless of the number of Products purchased.
The delivery charges we apply cover all costs related to shipping : carrier, logistics as well as mandatory contributions.
The Customer can choose the delivery option that best suits him, according to his needs in terms of speed and method of receipt.

Delivery is constituted by the transfer to the Customer of physical possession or control of the Product. Except in special cases, the Products ordered will be delivered in a single delivery.
Once your order is confirmed, there will be a preparation period before shipping. TYKEIDA generally processes orders within 24 to 48 hours. However, during busy periods (new collections, sales, holiday season, etc.), this period may be extended.
Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and annual closing periods).
In the event of a holiday or annual closure, the website www.tykeida.com will remain active. However, a message will be clearly displayed on the TYKEIDA website and social media to inform you of the date on which parcel shipments will resume processing.
Once the order is shipped, a confirmation email containing the tracking number is sent to the customer. Delivery times then depend on the carrier.
Delivery times are given for information purposes only, if the Products ordered have not been delivered within thirty (30) days after the indicative delivery date, for any reason other than force majeure, holidays, annual closure or the actions of the Customer, the sale may be cancelled at the written request of the Customer under the conditions provided for in articles L216-2 , L216-3 and L241-4 of the Consumer Code . The sums paid by the Customer will be returned to him at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the date of termination of the contract.
Deliveries are made by an independent carrier, to the address provided by the Customer when ordering and which the carrier can easily access.
The Customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and contents of the package in the presence of the delivery person or the relay point. Once the goods have been handed over, the Customer assumes full responsibility. In the event of damage noted during transport, it is imperative to refuse the package and immediately contact TYKEIDA customer service to report the incident and the reason for the refusal.
In the event of a delivery delay due to circumstances beyond our control, the Customer must contact TYKEIDA as soon as possible. TYKEIDA will endeavor to find a solution and minimize the impact of the delay. In the event of an error in the delivery address provided when ordering, TYKEIDA cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of the package.
In the event of loss or damage during transport, TYKEIDA is responsible until the package is delivered to the Customer. If the package is declared lost by the carrier, a new shipment (if the Products are available) or a full refund will be offered to the Customer.
If delivery fails (recipient absent, non-collection at a relay point), the package will be returned to TYKEIDA. Upon receipt, TYKEIDA will contact the Customer by email to inform them. The return shipping costs will be borne by the Customer. In the event of a refund request, this will be made in the form of a credit note or the Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal for a refund (see Article 7).
Any claim relating to the delivery of the package must be addressed to the carrier within three (3) days following delivery, in accordance with Article L133-3 of the French Commercial Code . The Customer may request delivery to an address other than their own from the carrier. However, delivery cannot be guaranteed in the event of force majeure, transport or postal service strikes.
Any complaint regarding a delivery problem or a non-compliant Product must be made upon receipt and within a reasonable time. In the event of a lack of conformity, the two (2) year legal guarantee applies in accordance with article L217-3 of the Consumer Code (See Article 8).
TYKEIDA reserves the right to ask the Customer to return a non-compliant or damaged Product.
The Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from delivery to make complaints by email or post. After this period and if these formalities have not been complied with, the Products will be deemed compliant and free from any apparent defect and no complaints may be validly accepted by TYKEIDA (see Articles 7 and 8).
Delivery is considered effective as soon as the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered.
Home delivery: In case of absence, a calling card is left, allowing the order to be collected from the nearest post office within the time limit indicated by the postal services.
Refund Policy

ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the terms of article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code , the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) working days from receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
To be valid, the request must be made within fourteen (14) working days.
This period begins to run from the physical receipt of the order by the Customer. After this period, the sale is considered final.
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must quickly inform TYKEIDA of his decision via a clear declaration, expressing the desire to withdraw, by post addressed to TYKEIDA or by email for faster processing to the contact details mentioned above.

Please note that returns should under no circumstances be sent to the registered address: 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris . This address does not handle customer returns, it only handles mail (letters). Any package sent to this location will be refused and returned to the Customer at their expense. We ask you to contact us first by email before making a return. No return will be accepted without our prior agreement. Once the return has been validated, we will offer you a prepaid label (see Article 7.1 and 7.2), returns must be sent to the following address:

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, certain Products cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal.
In particular: Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (earrings, piercings, bodysuits, underwear, swimwear, hair accessories, hats, caps, socks).
Products that are damaged, soiled, incomplete or contain odors (makeup, cigarettes, perfume, etc.) will not be accepted.
Shoes must be returned in their original condition, with the sole in perfect condition and without any signs of wear. It is recommended to try on the shoes on a clean surface to preserve their condition.
If the return conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and the Customer will be contacted to arrange a new shipment at their expense. If a returned item is damaged or used for a prolonged period, no refund will be given and the reshipping costs for returning the item will be borne by the Customer.
7.1 - Return of the entire order
In the event that the Customer exercises his right of withdrawal on the entirety of an order:
RETURN OF PRODUCTS:
In accordance with article L.221-23 of the Consumer Code , the Customer must return the Products in new, unused condition and in their original packaging, allowing them to be resold in new condition, no later than fourteen (14) days after receipt of the Products (see exceptions to the right of withdrawal).
RETURN COSTS:
Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, in accordance with article L.221-23 of the Consumer Code .
However, if TYKEIDA agrees to advance these costs, a prepaid return slip will be provided to the Customer, and the amount will be deducted from the refund made.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY IN THE EVENT OF RETURN BY OWN MEANS:
If the Customer chooses to return the Product by their own means, they must use a tracking delivery method. In fact, as long as the returned Product is not received by TYKEIDA, the Customer remains responsible for the Product until its actual receipt , article L.221-23 of the Consumer Code .
In the event of loss, theft or damage to the Product during transport, the Customer must contact the carrier directly. TYKEIDA cannot be held responsible for incidents occurring during transport, and no refund request may be made to TYKEIDA.
REFUND :
In the event of withdrawal, TYKEIDA will refund all amounts paid by the Customer, including standard delivery costs. However, if the Customer has chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery offered by TYKEIDA, the additional cost will not be refunded.
If return fees advanced by TYKEIDA apply, their amount will be automatically deducted from the refund.
The refund will be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the withdrawal request, subject to recovery of the returned Products or provision of proof of shipment by the Customer.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used when ordering, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
7.2 – Partial return of the order
In the event that the Customer exercises his right of withdrawal on only part of the items in an order containing several Products:
REFUND :
Only the price of the returned Product will be refunded, provided that it is returned in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. (see exceptions to the right of withdrawal).
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal request, subject to recovery of the returned Products or provision of proof of shipment by the Customer.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used when ordering, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
REDEMPTION ADJUSTMENTS:
If a discount was applied based on the number of items purchased, the refund will be recalculated accordingly. Therefore, if the return of one or more items results in the loss or modification of the initial discount, the price of the items retained will be adjusted according to the pricing conditions applicable without the discount, and the refund amount will be corrected accordingly.
INITIAL DELIVERY CHARGES:
In accordance with Article L.221-24 of the French Consumer Code , standard delivery charges are only refunded if the entire order is returned. If the Customer keeps some of the items, these charges remain due.
ADJUSTMENT OF DELIVERY COSTS:
If the Customer has received a discount or free delivery due to the total amount of their order, and the return of one or more items results in the total amount falling below the discount threshold, the initial delivery costs will be reinstated and deducted from the refund.
RETURN COSTS:
In accordance with article L.221-23 of the Consumer Code , return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. If TYKEIDA agrees to advance these costs, a prepaid return slip will be provided and the amount of the return costs will be deducted from the refund.

REIMBURSEMENT DEADLINES AND METHODS:
Reimbursement of the returned Product will be made within 14 days after receipt of the Product or after receipt of proof of shipment provided by the Customer.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
PROCEDURE:
Contact us first via the following email address: contact@tykeida.com if your return is accepted we will send you the return slip.
Download and print the return slip and stick it on your package.
Carefully return the items to their packaging with their labels intact.
Drop off the package with the selected carrier.

Returns must meet the following conditions in order to be taken into account and validated:
Sales tags must be attached to the item and be intact
Items must not be worn, washed
Items must not contain the smell of perfume, traces of makeup, hair
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale.
For shoes, the sole must not have any traces of testing. They must be returned in their original packaging. Be careful not to stick any return labels on the shoe box.
Jewelry and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be made to the address mentioned on the return form, make sure to keep the tracking number in case of loss of the package, it will be proof and will therefore be imperatively requested
A tracking number is essential in order to trace your return.
If you do not comply with the rules mentioned above, your return will not be accepted and you will be contacted by our customer service to pay the return costs to receive your package.
Once the return has been received by our teams, we will proceed with its return. If the package meets the conditions, you will receive a refund less the return costs and/or any other costs mentioned above.
We would like to inform you of the importance of making our clothing accessible to all. Tykeida has decided not to pass on the return costs to the price of its items, which is why we do not cover the return costs.
